Person Specification

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse on sub part 1 or 2 of the professional register.
  • First degree or willingness to undertake further education.
  • NMC recognised Mentorship qualification.

Experience

  • Experience in supervising staff and mentoring students.
  • Recent or extensive experience in an acute setting.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
