Amazon Web Services is expanding its Infrastructure Operations team and is looking for a Logistics Specialist to keep data center supply chains running smoothly. In this hands-on role you will monitor stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and work closely with on-site technicians to make sure every data center has the parts it needs, when it needs them.
Your responsibilities
- Track data center inventory, incoming shipments, and ongoing demand to keep stock levels aligned with build and repair activity
- Plan and optimize the movement of parts through their full lifecycle, monitoring location, age, and turnover
- Partner with data center technicians and engineers to deliver spare parts quickly and accurately
- Coordinate with procurement and hardware engineering teams to purchase parts and manage vendor RMAs and replacements
- Handle physical warehouse tasks such as packing, labeling, and arranging shipments, including unpacking and verifying incoming goods
Your profile
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, and warehousing practices
- At least one year of experience with inventory tracking and data analysis
- Bilingual in French and English, able to read and write complex technical instructions in English
- Physically able to lift and carry loads up to 49 pounds over short distances, and to reach and stretch safely to position equipment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to provide after-hours support when needed
