The Coastal Partnership is looking for an experienced Practice Manager to take the helm at its Coastal Villages Practice, covering four sites across Martham, Ormesby, Hemsby and North Caister in Norfolk. This newly shaped role gives you the autonomy to lead a busy, multi-site practice while being backed by an experienced Operations Manager, a Senior Clinical Lead and a wider head office team.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day operations and strategic direction across the four practice sites
  • Manage a workforce of more than 50 staff, including patient services teams, nurses, ACPs and GPs
  • Oversee HR processes, staffing budgets and financial performance reporting
  • Investigate significant events and lead complaints management and governance processes
  • Represent the practice within the PCN and wider health system, building relationships with external stakeholders

Your profile

  • Solid background in senior management within General Practice or primary care
  • Proven experience leading operational and strategic services and managing senior staff
  • Strong financial management skills, including budget oversight and performance monitoring
  • Experience handling workforce planning, organisational development and complex employee relations
  • Track record of managing significant incident investigations and complaints processes
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders and leading organisational change
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent senior management experience, plus a management qualification or equivalent

This is a permanent, full-time position with a salary depending on experience. The Coastal Partnership operates across a seven-site footprint spanning three PCNs, offering a mix of village, town and city demographics, and is well regarded for supporting GP, student and nurse training alongside ongoing personal development.
