McDonald's is looking for an enthusiastic Overnight Crew Member to join the team at our Drip Road restaurant in Stirling. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering great service to customers throughout the night.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare hot food and serve customers efficiently at the till
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality throughout the restaurant
  • Follow food hygiene, safety and security procedures at all times
  • Deliver friendly, fast and accurate customer service
  • Support colleagues and work collaboratively as part of the overnight team

Your profile

  • A naturally friendly, welcoming and helpful attitude
  • Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal interaction
  • Ability to stay energetic and productive during night shifts
  • A team player who enjoys connecting with customers
  • Must be over 18 years old, as required by UK working time regulations for overnight hours
