Pizza Hut is looking for an enthusiastic Shift Manager to join the team in Cambridge. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while supporting and developing your team throughout each shift.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and coach colleagues during shifts to keep the team motivated and effective
  • Drive sales performance while keeping a close eye on cost control
  • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met
  • Respond to guest requests and go above and beyond to guarantee satisfaction
  • Maintain high presentation standards throughout the restaurant, prioritising health and safety
