Dollarama is looking for a Business Analyst to join its Finance team at the head office. This role sits at the crossroads of Finance, Operations and IT, driving process improvements and delivering the insights leadership needs to keep a high-volume retail business running smoothly. Reporting to the Corporate Controller, you'll help shape how Finance works across a network of more than 1,650 stores.

Your responsibilities

  • Plan, design and execute continuous improvement initiatives across the Finance department
  • Run gap analyses to spot inefficiencies and risks, then propose practical process or system fixes
  • Work with Finance, Operations and IT teams to document requirements, analyze data and streamline end-to-end processes
  • Build analytical reports, dashboards and ad hoc analyses to support Finance and operational decisions
  • Coordinate nationwide inventory counts across the store network and report quarterly results to Regional District Managers

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a business analyst, finance or analytical role
  • Experience in retail or a high-transaction-volume environment is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented mindset
  • Hands-on experience with large ERP systems, ideally SAP, plus advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Confident communicator able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities under tight deadlines
