Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. is looking for an Electronics/Majors Sales Assistant to join the sales floor team at our Kitchener, ON warehouse. In this role, you will support members shopping for major appliances, jewelry, and electronics, offering expert product guidance and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Greet members and provide prompt, friendly assistance while answering product questions
  • Demonstrate merchandise features and help members load items into their carts
  • Stay informed on industry trends by reviewing product literature and testing new items
  • Coordinate with the Area Manager on inventory levels, pricing, and promotional needs
  • Maintain department displays, signage accuracy, and overall product presentation

Your profile

We're seeking a customer-focused individual with a passion for technology and appliances. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and previous sales experience will give you an edge. Successful candidates must pass Costco's PC/Electronics knowledge assessment. For positions in Quebec, French language proficiency is required.
