Dollarama is looking for a detail-oriented Import/Consolidation Clerk to join its logistics team in Mont-Royal. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Import, you will play a key role in keeping international shipments moving smoothly from overseas suppliers to our distribution network.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers to confirm goods are prepared and ready for shipment on schedule
  • Organize overseas shipments efficiently, ensuring containers are fully utilized and costs stay controlled
  • Maintain ongoing communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and carriers to keep shipments on track until dispatch
  • Review and validate vendor loading plans, consolidating LCL cargo into containers and adjusting plans after loading
  • Track delayed shipments and prioritize urgent orders, including seasonal and low-stock items

Your profile

  • College diploma in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
  • One to two years of experience in import/export or logistics operations
  • Strong analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail
  • Solid problem-solving abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with SAP is an asset
