Costco Wholesale is looking for a motivated Pharmacy Student to join our pharmacy team in Kitchener. Working under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist, you'll gain hands-on experience in drug distribution, prescription processing, and expanded patient care initiatives while supporting our members with excellent service.

Your responsibilities

  • Answer and direct member phone calls, guiding them to product locations
  • Enter prescription information into the pharmacy software system accurately under pharmacist supervision
  • Prepare prescriptions by retrieving stock, counting medications, and labeling according to safety protocols
  • Support the recruitment and delivery of Health Promotion Clinics and medication review services
  • Assist members at the pharmacy counter, process transactions, and provide guidance on OTC products

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited pharmacy program
  • Registered as a pharmacy student with the relevant provincial College
  • Community pharmacy experience and familiarity with Kroll software is an asset
  • Strong communication skills and a member-focused attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
