Costco is looking for a dedicated Service Deli Clerk to join the team at our Kitchener warehouse. In this role, you'll play a key part in preparing fresh, high-quality food items for our members while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare, package and label a variety of deli items including meals, salads, party trays, rotisserie chicken and ribs
  • Slice vegetables and assemble ingredients for salads, entrees and garnishes
  • Cook and season rotisserie chicken, ribs and other entrees using commercial ovens
  • Wrap, weigh and label products using automated equipment, and keep display cases stocked and rotated
  • Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas, following strict health and safety protocols

Your profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Food Safety Certification (Level 1) required on your first day in the role
  • No prior experience necessary — full training provided
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
  • Friendly, member-focused attitude
