Tesco is looking for a dedicated Duty Pharmacy Manager to join our pharmacy team in Bourne, where you'll play a key role in supporting both colleagues and the local community's health needs.

Your responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private pharmacy services
  • Provide healthcare guidance and advice directly to customers
  • Support community outreach initiatives, offering advice to people affected by or at risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager in leading, training, and developing team members
  • Help build strong working relationships with Primary Care Networks and local GP surgeries

Your profile

  • You hold a Pharmacy Degree
  • You're passionate about leading and empowering a team
  • You're a registered member of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • You're willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme, with support provided during onboarding
  • You're prepared to complete a DBS check, which Tesco will arrange before your start date
