Tesco is looking for a dedicated Duty Pharmacy Manager to join its in-store pharmacy team in Clay Cross. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting the wellbeing of the local community while helping to lead and develop a motivated pharmacy team.

Your responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private pharmacy services
  • Provide healthcare guidance and advice to customers
  • Support community outreach initiatives, offering advice to individuals affected by conditions such as cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager in training, developing, and leading pharmacy colleagues
  • Help build and maintain relationships with Primary Care Networks and local GP surgeries

Your profile

  • A recognised Pharmacy Degree
  • Passion for leading and empowering a team
  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • Ability to complete a DBS check prior to starting employment
