Walmart is looking for a motivated Consumables Lead Department Manager to help guide the Consumables team in our Tsawwassen store. In this role, you will work closely with the Consumables Assistant Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly while delivering an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.

Your responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers with product recommendations, purchase decisions, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate daily task completion based on priorities set by the Assistant Manager and Store Management Team
  • Monitor department presentation and merchandising standards, correcting any deficiencies
  • Oversee and follow up on daily customer availability process tasks
  • Assign associates to cover staffing needs across different store areas and support scheduling

You should be comfortable delegating tasks, coordinating with management, and stepping in to train and support associates as needed.
