About the Role

Dollarama is looking for an experienced District Manager to lead operations across a cluster of 10 to 18 stores in the Owen Sound area. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be the driving force behind store performance, team development, and operational excellence throughout your territory.

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all assigned stores through direct management of store managers
  • Recruit, coach, and retain a high-performing team capable of meeting business objectives
  • Roll out company and supplier programs consistently across the territory
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, inventory, and overall store appearance
  • Track and communicate key performance metrics related to shrink, sales, and operational goals

Your profile

  • 5 to 10 years of retail management experience, including at least 4 years as a Store Manager
  • A bachelor's or college degree in a related field is a strong asset
  • A proven history of strong results as a Store Manager
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and decision-making abilities
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop and motivate teams
  • Comfortable spending the majority of your time in-store, including evenings and weekends, with the remainder dedicated to reporting and administrative tasks

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
