Dollarama is looking for a Team Lead, SAP ABAP to guide a group of developers within its SAP Development department. This role sits at the crossroads of technical delivery and people management, acting as the key link between the development team and functional or project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily tasks and priorities across the ABAP development team
  • Monitor team performance and review the quality of technical deliverables
  • Standardize team workflows and introduce improved development practices
  • Oversee code efficiency and help define the technical strategy for SAP tools used across the company

Your profile

  • 2-3 years of experience leading an SAP development team
  • Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of SAP modules and how they integrate with one another
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable mentoring team members and supervising technical resources
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori is a plus
  • Understanding of inventory and procurement workflows
  • Retail industry background is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for working with users and colleagues
  • Able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively
