Tesco is looking for a part-time Duty Pharmacy Manager to join its pharmacy team in Sheerness. This role puts you at the centre of patient care, supporting both the pharmacy team and the wider community through health services and advice.

Your responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions and deliver a range of NHS and private pharmacy services
  • Offer healthcare guidance and advice directly to customers
  • Take part in community outreach, supporting people affected by or at risk of cancer, heart disease, and diabetes
  • Help the Pharmacy Manager lead, train, and develop pharmacy colleagues
  • Assist in building strong relationships with Primary Care Networks and local GP surgeries
  • Ensure NHS-related payment claims are processed accurately

Your profile

  • You hold a recognised Pharmacy Degree
  • You're motivated to lead and support a pharmacy team
  • You're registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • You're willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme
  • You're able to complete a DBS check prior to starting, which Tesco will arrange
