Dollarama is looking for a Functional Analyst, SAP EWM to join its logistics IT team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, supporting and optimizing warehouse and logistics processes across the full lifecycle of SAP EWM projects, from initial analysis to post-implementation stabilization.

Your responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for logistics processes
  • Configure and customize SAP EWM-YL and ECC (LE-TR) modules to meet operational needs
  • Write functional specifications and work closely with developers on solution design
  • Plan and execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing for new implementations
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and production issues related to SAP logistics systems

Your profile

  • At least 7 years of experience implementing and supporting SAP EWM solutions
  • University degree in IT, logistics, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of SAP EWM S/4HANA and 5 years of experience with ECC (WC/LE/TRA)
  • Background in logistics and supply chain operations
  • Familiarity with ABAP debugging, IDOC/EDI (X12), SAP Fiori, and RF device architecture
  • Knowledge of SAP Yard Logistics, WCS automation, Agile methodology, or RFID solutions is an asset
  • Understanding of SAP module integration (IM-MM-FI)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Visio, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
